VENUE  Towering above the plains between Keilor and Melton is the authentic and exclusive Windmill Gardens. An original design, it boasts archictecture that needs to be experienced in person to be truely appreciated. Set on 11 acres, the complex is surrounded by manicured landscaped gardens, cascading waterfalls, walkways and picturesque lakes. Construction took place over 3 years and was completed on Mothers Day 1993.
